By accessing maisondesoin.co.uk and placing an order with Maison de Soin, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
Pre Orders
Some Maison de Soin products may be offered as Pre Orders.
If you purchase a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Payment is collected at the time your order is placed.
- Estimated shipping dates are provided as estimates and may change due to manufacturing, quality control, freight, customs or unforeseen delays.
- If your order contains both In Stock and Pre Order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
- Pre-order bonuses, gifts and promotional offers are available while supplies last and may end without notice.
- Your pre-order reserves inventory from an upcoming or limited production run.
- If significant delays occur, we may provide updates using the email address supplied during checkout.
Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
Shipping & Order Processing
Products marked In Stock are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after purchase.
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, customs processing where applicable, weather conditions, seasonal demand and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking information is provided once your order has been fulfilled and accepted by the shipping carrier.
Please ensure that your shipping and contact information is accurate before completing your purchase.
Maison de Soin is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused directly by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Orders & Payments
All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Payment is collected when an order is placed.

Once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.
Maison de Soin reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- Payment cannot be authorised.
- Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.
- A product is unavailable.
- Incorrect information has been supplied.
- An obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, specifications and pricing are accurate.
Minor differences in colour, finish, packaging or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing improvements or ongoing product refinements.
Maison de Soin reserves the right to make reasonable updates to product packaging, branding, accessories or specifications without prior notice, provided those changes do not materially alter the product purchased.
Product availability may change without notice.
Product Use Disclaimer
Maison de Soin products are designed for personal grooming purposes only.
Individual results may vary based on skin type, hair type, grooming technique and personal routine.
Maison de Soin does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, skin condition or disease.
Our products are grooming tools and are not medical devices.
While our products are designed to provide an effective and comfortable grooming experience, results may vary from person to person.
Always follow the included instructions and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Maison de Soin offers eligible purchases a voluntary 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used grooming products are not eligible for return under our voluntary 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Where a qualifying product is supplied with a hygiene seal, return restrictions may apply once that seal has been broken.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet applicable consumer law.
Your applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights are explained in our Refund Policy.
Lifetime Limited Warranty
Every qualifying Maison de Soin device is backed by our Lifetime Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal intended use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Cosmetic damage.
- Misuse or abuse.
- Accidental damage.
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs.
- Improper use or failure to follow instructions.
- Water damage beyond the product's stated water-resistance rating.
- Consumable parts that naturally require replacement through ordinary use, unless otherwise stated.
Proof of purchase may be required for warranty claims.
The Lifetime Limited Warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not replace them.
Limitation of Liability
Maison de Soin shall not be responsible for losses arising from:
- Product misuse.
- Failure to follow supplied instructions.
- Unauthorised modification or repair.
- Circumstances for which Maison de Soin is not legally responsible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, branding, product names, photographs, graphics, videos, written content and designs, is owned by, licensed to or lawfully used by Maison de Soin.
Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any revised version will be published on this page together with an updated “Last updated” date.
Changes will not remove rights already arising from an order previously accepted by Maison de Soin.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
